Scott Borgerson, born 1976, is an American businessman, former Coast Guard officer, and co-founder and former CEO of CargoMetrics Technologies, a Boston-based company that applies big data analytics to maritime shipping. Borgerson rose to public attention due to his personal relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's longtime associate.

Around 2014-2015, Borgerson reportedly became close to Maxwell. Media accounts suggest he left his marriage to be with her, and he was later identified in press reports as her romantic partner while she lived in New England prior to her arrest. Borgerson was married with two children prior to his relationship with Maxwell. According to divorce filings, his marriage ended amid allegations of heavy drinking and domestic abuse.
