Peggy Siegal (born c. 1948) is a New York entertainment publicist who built her career on Oscar campaigns before it collapsed in 2019 due to her ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

Siegal maintained a years-long relationship with Epstein, giving him access to screenings and events throughout the 2000s and 2010s. She described his interest as transactional: "I was a kind of plugged-in girl around town who knew a lot of people." She provided access to cultural events that helped rehabilitate his image after his 2008 conviction.

The New York Times credited Siegal with "helping to rehab the image of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein," giving him entry to events that maintained his social standing.

When the Times published an exposé in July 2019 detailing Siegal's role in Epstein's rehabilitation, her career imploded. Netflix, FX, and Annapurna Pictures cut ties within days.
