Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation, also known as the Epstein VI Foundation, was one of Jeffrey Epstein's U.S. Virgin Islands-based charitable foundations used for philanthropic donations to academic and scientific institutions. The foundation operated as part of Epstein's network of giving vehicles, alongside Gratitude America Ltd. and the C.O.U.Q. Foundation.

Like most of Epstein's corporate entities, the foundation's officers included Darren K. Indyke and likely Richard Kahn, Epstein's longtime attorneys who served as trustees, officers, and authorized signatories across his network of foundations, trusts, and shell companies.
