Janusz Banasiak was a houseman at Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach residence whose sworn testimony details the household's daily operations during Epstein's most active criminal period.

In his 2010 deposition and Palm Beach Police Department statements, Banasiak described routines involving Epstein's assistants, visitor patterns, and household logistics. His testimony included cash-payment practices for young women visiting the property and coordination among staff members, including Sarah Kellen.

Banasiak's account referenced visits from Jean-Luc Brunel during the mid-2000s, after the Palm Beach investigation began, suggesting Epstein's network continued operating despite scrutiny. His testimony documents the Palm Beach residence's internal functioning from an employee's perspective during peak abuse years, complementing survivor statements and police findings.

Banasiak has never been charged with crimes related to Epstein's activities.
