Isabel Maxwell is the daughter of Robert Maxwell, twin sister of Christine Maxwell, and older sister of Ghislaine Maxwell. She co-founded early internet companies with Christine in the 1990s, particularly in internet search and database technologies including Magellan (early internet directory competing with Yahoo!).

Isabel's direct Epstein connection is undocumented, though she is part of the Maxwell family network through her sister Ghislaine. While her brothers Ian and Kevin faced prosecution and Ghislaine partnered with Epstein, Isabel and Christine pursued technology entrepreneurship.
