Conchita Sarnoff is an investigative journalist, author, and anti-trafficking advocate best known for her book TrafficKing: The Jeffrey Epstein Case (2016). She is Executive Director of the Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit dedicated to ending child sex trafficking.

While Julie K. Brown's 2018 Miami Herald series reignited the Epstein case, Sarnoff's TrafficKing was one of the first comprehensive investigations connecting Epstein's operations to a broader system of financial and political protection.

Published in 2016, the book documented Epstein's network and the institutional failures that enabled his crimes. Sarnoff has spent more than a decade focused on public policy issues related to trafficking, publishing extensively and appearing on major media platforms. She has contributed to Financial Times, Miami Herald, Huffington Post, Daily Beast, and appeared on NBC, Fox, ABC, Univision, and other outlets.

Sarnoff's work helped maintain attention on the case during years when many media outlets had moved on, and her policy advocacy has focused on systemic reforms to prevent trafficking.

James Woolsey contacted USANYS concerning Conchita Sarnoff having something to tell them.
