Cimberly Espinosa was Jeffrey Epstein's executive assistant from approximately 2000 to 2005, based at his Manhattan office in the 9 East 71st Street townhouse. Her role involved managing Epstein's schedule, coordinating with staff, and handling administrative functions. She was not accused of abuse but provided extensive testimony in civil cases and at Ghislaine Maxwell's 2021 federal trial.

Espinosa described a professional environment in which Maxwell managed household staff and logistics. Her testimony was notable for presenting a comparatively benign picture of Maxwell—in contrast with survivor accounts—making her a key defense witness at Maxwell's trial. At the 2021 trial, Espinosa testified that she found Maxwell to be a "wonderful person" and that she never witnessed abuse or inappropriate conduct during her employment.
