Christine Yvonne Malina-Maxwell (born 1950) is Robert Maxwell's daughter, Ghislaine's older sister, and an early internet entrepreneur who co-founded Chiliad, a data-mining and search company whose technology was used by the FBI and other U.S. agencies after 9/11. She is the twin sister of Isabel Maxwell.

Christine created and co-founded Magellan, one of the first professionally curated web search guides. After Excite acquired Magellan, she co-founded Chiliad in the mid-1990s to build on-demand, massively scalable, intelligent mining tools. Chiliad's platform allowed investigators to query multiple, physically separated databases without centralizing the data. The software powered parts of the FBI's counter-terrorism data warehouse search capability post-9/11. In 2013, the board appointed her interim CEO.
