Bradley J. Edwards is a Florida-based trial attorney and one of the most persistent legal adversaries of Jeffrey Epstein. Edwards represented numerous Epstein survivors beginning in the late 2000s, spearheading key legal challenges to the secret 2007-2008 non-prosecution agreement.
Alongside Paul Cassell, Edwards pioneered the CVRA lawsuit against the U.S. government, arguing prosecutors violated victims' rights by concealing the deal. The litigation spanned over a decade, during which Edwards filed extensive documentation establishing the scope of Epstein's crimes and the government's failure to notify victims.
In 2011, he filed a sworn "Undisputed Statement of Facts" establishing a foundational survivor record that documented the systematic nature of Epstein's abuse. His advocacy was cited as groundwork for Epstein's re-arrest in 2019.
Edwards published his memoir Relentless Pursuit in 2020, documenting his work on behalf of survivors including Virginia Giuffre and detailing the obstacles he faced in pursuing justice.
