Boris Nikolic (born 1969, Croatia) is a physician, biotech investor, and former chief science and technology adviser to Bill Gates. He co-founded Biomatics Capital Partners, a Seattle-based life sciences venture fund.

House Oversight emails show Nikolic was part of Jeffrey Epstein's social and networking circle from at least 2012 through 2019, serving as a bridge between Epstein, Bill Gates, European media elites, and global political networks.

Newly released emails reveal extensive correspondence between Epstein and Nikolic discussing social events at Davos, introductions to Prince Andrew, and European travel.

Most significantly, in May 2012 Nikolic coordinated a multi-day operation in Vienna with Epstein centered around the AMFAR Gala and Life Ball events, hosted by the Dichand family (Austrian media dynasty controlling ~80% of Austrian media). The weekend culminated with Nikolic departing "first flight Sunday morning for San Francisco to meet Bill" (Gates).

In August 2019, Epstein's will named Nikolic as backup executor. Nikolic publicly stated he was shocked and declined to serve.
