Adam Perry Lang is an American celebrity chef who worked as Jeffrey Epstein's private chef from approximately 1999 to 2002, traveling between Epstein's properties in New York, Palm Beach, and reportedly Little St. James. Before working for Epstein, Lang trained at prestigious restaurants including Le Cirque, Daniel, and Guy Savoy in Paris.

Flight records from 2000 show Lang traveled on Epstein's Boeing 727 alongside Prince Andrew, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Epstein. Additional flight records from September 2006 show him aboard a flight from Luton to Edinburgh with Prince Andrew and Maxwell—two months after Epstein was arrested on sex abuse charges.

In 2016, Lang was named in court filings in Giuffre v. Maxwell. Virginia Giuffre identified him as "traveling chef for Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell" who "may have knowledge" of their conduct. Lang has publicly denied having knowledge of any misconduct. In 2019, his attorney confirmed he was cooperating with the FBI investigation.
